Every time I come on it feels like the aim is different every other day learning to get used to it then suddenly it’s behaving differently again.

Totally dude mine was fine for weeks I’m at platinum 4, I go on today and the aiming is dibolical, I’m playing guys who judging by their reaction times are not on par with me, yet they end up bailing me. I actually wonder if 343 are screwing with it, I’m so angry about it as I performed horribly today. I’m going to see if maybe there updates available for the controllers that’s fixed it for me once in the past. I’m getting more and more dissatisfied with 343 as there is no way to contact and complain. I guess once they’ve got your money they don’t care

Yes because 343 hasn’t addressed the aiming in multiple updates all ready right? The grossly overexaggerated statements are getting out of hand. Maybe you just had a bad day or played some good people. Not everything is some conspiracy of 343 “screwing with your aim”.
The heavy reticule is an issue many people have, and some say it may be attatched to latency issues. I rarely notice a difference but if i do i usually just mess with my sensitivity until it feels ok again.
I have never been able to use an AR because of aim sensitivity.
my aim is never off regardless of lag.
