I may be in the minority, but I’m NOT a fan of the random (and VERY OP) boss spawns in the updated regular warzone. There used to be a lot of strategy for how you played leading up to an important boss spawn (e.g. trying to gain control of that area, or saving a big REQ).
But now the bosses are so random, so OP (Grunt mech in the monument…WTF? Lord Tyrik killing everything in his path?), and take so long to kill, that it’s a cluster-f.
One of the biggest issues with Warzone is the “last shot gets all the points” dynamic with the bosses. It worked (just barely) before the FF update, but now the bosses are so much stronger, so it’s often not even worth it to try and weaken them, for fear the other team will steal the kill. Nobody even tries for the Grunt Mech when he spawns on Apex 7 now.
I know some people were asking for random boss spawns, but this is so far in the other direction that it just about ruins warzone for me. I just play Assault now.
Just my opinion, but I’m curious what others think…

I prefer random, though I think the some of the bosses and the placement of those bosses needs tweaking.
I prefer the random bosses, although it never felt to random in the first place. I find myself actually missing the Warden, he just got spammed to much on other maps and I’ve only seen him once since the update. I hope they make it more random, like every game is different random, not all banshee/wraith bosses are either sword or temple, I want to see ultras going around and maybe even an AI controlled Hannabal Scorp…okay maybe not that far.
I like the random bosses, but I wish they could free roam as well. It would probably break the game though. I think they need to adjust the point system a little bit and nerf a couple of the bosses like the Grunt Mech and the Mantis bosses on Notus.

There are definitely things that didn’t work the way as planned. Some things had bugs. Some things were stronger than anticipated in a live environment (Grunt Mech for example.)
A lot of complaints I’ve seen all come from the same map, Noctus. I wanted to try some radical things and see how people reacted to them. I’ve learned a lot of things from this update and hopefully some changes will help bring that balance back.
the redone ai suck because they have retardedly op auto aim and kill you instantly from crazy ranges. theyre also massive bullet sponges and have no real fight mechanics. also they are just as predictable as ai were before the update
