So I was playing a long stint of Halo Reach custom multiplayer matchmaking in MCC for Xbox one X. Just as I finished a game at the top of the leader board I see a message saying I have been temporarily banned for one month. I did not disconnect or quit the game nor did I grief or use any methods to inappropriately manipulate the game. The game finished appropriately. Yet I was still banned. Please help. I see a lot of others having this issue! I have been banned until 1/15/2020. As I have spent a lot of money on Xbox live, this collection, and a new Xbox just for this game. I do not believe this to be fair or appropriate?

I am waiting on there as well but you should post that you were banned. A lot of people were banned until the 01/15/2020.
This literally just happened to me as well. I just finished a game of infection and all was fine then poof
I was banned a few minutes ago till December 30th yet I’ve only played 7 matches and none of them ive left, is there nothing i can do to have it fixed? Im trying to finish some more tiers today before i work for the week and im missing out while my friends are having a blast

I just finished a game of swat and got the notification ive been banned until 1/15/2020??? What the literal hell? I played gb during the double Xp weekend but that’s messed up

Yeah same here like I spent money on this and coming home from work seeing this didn’t make me happy like come on man!
Same thing happened to me. I get home from work and I have a random month ban, they don’t tell me why I’m banned and they don’t even give me a warning like a 5 minute ban or a day ban wtf. Guess I’ll just have to play COD instead thanks 343.
