So nearly everytime I have grenades on my person and I go to shoot my right trigger, the game is recognizing my action as a grenade throw. so I willshoot once and then my chief takes the time to instantly pop a 'nade drastically slowing my trigger finger. Anyone else experience this?

Sometimes that happens when I try to melee, it throws a grenade instead. It doesn’t happen extremely often, so I can deal with it. I’d rather deal with it than go out and pay more than $40 for another wireless controller
Yeah, that happened to me. I accidentally swapped my triggers somehow, try going to button mapping to figure it out 
It may be a problem with your controller. One of mine is messed up and does the thing you described

That’s your Xbox controller.
It happened to mine once after I slammed at on the ground after losing a GB match.
I then proceeded to slam it again, run the sink over it, flush it twice in the toilet, take a piss on it, and then flush again…all on video.
You need to get a new controller.
