After both patches my game kept freezing randomly, to fix this
-Open My Games and Apps.
-Hit the start button on Halo MCC.
-Manage Game. -Scroll to the left to your saved data.
-Hit the a button and choose “Delete saved data from console”
Hope this works for you it has worked for me twice now!
