Solid connection - no issues with any other game. This week i’ve been getting repeated disconnects and cool down bans.
Anyone else getting this? So random disconnects and forced to play on unreliable servers, we now get banned for the privilege?

So many people have been saying this that I can’t tell if you’re being honest or just using “connection issues” as an excuse.
Have you checked your MP connection specifically? Looking at your game history It doe appear that you are getting disconnected. Have you tried other games? to see if its an Halo issue or xbox issue? Where are you located roughly we don’t need your exact address, state/province and country?
I have noticed that sometimes , the game doesn’t work right if the XB1 has been sleeping. so I take te disk out and put it back in.
This must be the fifth or sixth topic about this today. Starting to think some people are having a problem! Can’t all be quitters!

his looks like a real DC issue looking at his game histroy One of his DCs he was 20k 6d. First decent one today that seem legit.

I have had the line tested etc and all checks out ok. I dont normally have any problems I’am with -Yoink!- media. 50meg connection.
I will keep monitoring, but If others have been experience issues it cant be a coincidence. Frustrating - banned for 60 minutes now 
9 hour ban this time thanks to 343 -Yoink- nuggets. rechecked my connection several times, latency has always been under 110ms. also hard reset everything just to be sure, nothing changed on my end.

Well if it was connection issues, that is just touch luck because you wont be unbanned. Now if you were quitting in Arena, please just stop playing Arena. ∠( ᐛ ∠)
All week I have played Warzone with no real problems. Today, roughly every 3rd game I get disconnected.

Also, when I get disconnected, I have to restart Halo 5 completely for it to show my correct RP & collected items.

Have you seen halo severs lately? The servers are unstable as hell
I never willingly quit Warzone. I’m trying to unlock as many weapons as possible as quickly as possible. I have already lost out on several Warzone Boost cards because this. But thank you LethalQ, your lack of constructive input has been most helpful to the conversation.
I got banned for 9 hours today. 343 please patch server disconnects to not count as leaving matches. I complete a match and as the post game stats are loading I disconnect. I love halo 5 but if I keep getting banned I won’t be able to play anymore.

Only time I disconnect is when my ISP decides to to crank up my already bad enough latency by 1 and then get booted from the game for excessive ping.

Well, got banned for “poor connection to the dedicated servers”. Halo is 1 of my favorite games series. However, if this is going to be an ongoing issue, I do have other games to play.

Just got a disconnected that was different then normal. Called it quits for the night because for some reason i always have problems then. I had been getting lag for a while during the games. Sucks annoying but at least i haven’t caught aban. Sucks that some legit people are getting banned. Im sure when i get on to make my Im banned thread ill get told stop quitting. I think thats the case most of the time but people can be banned for no reason. Never quit a match once but get disconnects all the time and am hardwired and have a great service. Hopefully your not banned for 2 long
i get kicked out of games a few times now in the past hours… no connection issues only this game.

Very true this is one of 343’s issues this is the main one that needs addressed or a lot bigger server for the game than what they have for it
No its true this server is disconnecting people not a smoke screen I am new to online gaming and this happens to me to so its not just a smoke screen its a real issue that needs fixed
