Since launch ive had a problem with the game randomly crashing in the middle of gameplay (any gameplay campaign, mp, custom, firefight) where the frames drop to a couple of frames per second and input stops working and it never recovers. I am forced to quit the game via task manager and restart. It happens every time i play so basically every time i launch a game its only a matter of time before the frames plummet and the game essentially crashes forcing me to restart.
Attempted fixes:
To start i have no 3rd party applications running in the background, i turned off steam overlay to see if that would help and it didnt, i tried reinstalling the game and didnt work, tried updating my drivers and didnt help, tried completely wiping my computer and reinstalling windows and mcc to make sure absolutely nothing could be impacting it software wise and it didnt work, ive tried every combination of in game settings known to man, ive tried different nvidia settings, ive monitored my cpu and gpu usage/temp while running the game to see if that might be an issue, nothing. Nothing has helped at all.
I made a ticket in support over a week ago now and havent recieved any reply. I made a second ticket the other day thinking maybe it just slipped through the cracks but that hasnt recieved a reply either. So dont tell me I need to contact support, they have completely ignored me.
Here is a video of it in action, note that this happens in every gamemode no matter what, this is not a mission or map specific issue. It happens completely randomly and has not shown to be repetitive in any specific situation. Ive made it a few missions into the game by now by stringing together the rare 10-15 minute runs before the crash shows up to make it through checkpoints and progress slowly. The majority of the incidents happen before playing for even 5 minutes though much like the video.

Please if you can provide help even if its speculation I will give it a shot anyway. I love reach and it has been completely unplayable for me. Watching my friends play halo while i cant play is killing me.
