What do you guys think about rally vehicles like the warthog? (Rally scorpion, rally mantis, rally mongoose, etc.) Just like the warthog, it could have a speed and armor upgrade.
I think at least the mongoose and gungoose should have it unsure if rest of UNSC vehicles should have it.
Mantis doesn’t have wheels, not really something you would see at rally races…
Scorpiok handles horribly, and increasing the speed would probably make the problem worse.

rally mantis or scorpion, no the Hannibal already provides a speed boost.

I think the people replying thus far have already hit the nail on the head. A scorpion with increased speed could actually make it harder to use, a mantis with rally wouldn’t make sense, and the mongoose/gungoose are the most viable options for a rally upgrade.
I would however love to see more hannibal variants. Hannibal hog, gungoose, and wasp could be a lot of fun.
