If you beat a campaign mission on, say, Rally Point Bravo, does it still count as a completed mission?
Yes it does. Me and another profile I got on my console played once Midnight from Bravo, and the commendation for Legendary mission completed showed up for the profile. Not sure if it was because that profile had already beaten the Broadsword run, tough.

It didn’t in other games, but it does in Halo 4. Now sure how they didn’t think of that when making the game.

It worked for me. I was actually going for the LASO code, and my partner was really terrible with the Broadsword and ruined it every time at the very last door. So I decided to practice the rest of the mission with him for the future and the commendation popped up. So I tried the code and it worked -_-
