Rain Effects for all to see and of course use!
My buddy EdwardBuckODST, made this rain effect tutorial so now you can create effects that are nice to go with your maps. I think thinks like this can add a great atmosphere to whatever maps you are making, whether they be in Alpine, Glacier or Parallax and whenever the better gametypes come out such as Infection, I think this would be a nice addition.
What do you guys think?
While I don’t make my own maps, I DO love rain. Would like to see some maps with it. It is my favorite weather ^.^

Well in time whenever a community playlist opens up I believe things like this will be presented for us all to see and I think it will make things even better in the long run!

It would be interesting to see on some maps for sure.
i have noticed the rain and snow effects drastically drop the framerate in high player count lobbies and intense firefights
This is the rain effect i did on my map, i did it as a more dense lighter rain… reduces visibility a little at range and really adds a bit of atmosphere, love what you can do with forge now!
we need a snow effect like in halo 1 going in the tank in the snow was just amazing
