Hi, well I would love to see tons of rain in Halo Infinite.
With the multiplayer test I actually felt I was playing every Halo at the same time and that was very awesome, so I think it would be great to have more rain in Halo, (campaign and maps) feel like it would complement the atmosphere Halo has given to us, something like ODST.
And also think it would be pretty cool if they added more blood.

the game currently feels like it’s being a little too reserved and, dare I say, “e-sports” in it’s approach to a lot of stuff. The physics are heavily reduced when compared to old halos, and visibility reigns supreme. They probably won’t do a true “rainy” map for the same reason they stopped putting weapons on the ground: visibility.
I really hope at some point they increase the physics interactions in the game. The hammer, grenades, rockets etc. feel like they have no power because they have barely any effect on the ragdolls, especially the hammer. Increasing blood would be fine too but with how bright the shields are it would have to be crazy to be able to actually see it
I agree that having maps with weather effects would add an extra layer of immersion and just be overall amazing. Could you imagine fighting while it is snowing and the snow is so heavy that you cant see too far away. It would be awsome and the blood just needs to be more plentiful when using weapons the human weapons.
I’ve always wanted to crazy weather effects in a Halo game. Give us some dark and stormy rain maps with lighting, and then a winter map with a crazy blizzard.
Snow and rain I believe are confirmed to be in the campaign after launch according to one of the past “Inside Infinite’s.”
I’ve always wanted rain in the game since someone did an edit of Narrows to be raining, it looked so cool. I think that would be great for Social and brilliant for campaign. Having different variants of the same maps that look different would be fun.
Here’s hoping for options in Forge when it finally comes out. Day, night and weather options please.

I still got my hopes on because they do have some rainy maps in Halo 5, and you’re right with the gun effects they probably will add that later, in Halo 5 love how you can “feel” the weight of the hammer. And actually I was hoping they make those shield brighter because I have very bad vision haha but yeah, let’s just hope for the best.

¡Yes!, that sounds crazy, also a sandstorm sounds pretty good too, day and night, stuff like that. And I wouldn’t mind seeing more blue, purple, orange blood, you know, a more colourful ambient.

I mean, yeah it’s still in testing, but also 343 has experience with major tweaks too. So a careful approach makes a lot sense given they also want to use Infinite as platform going forward based on the stuff I’ve read.
