What the hell is going on? I’ve been experiencing it so damn often in that new playlist.
Even in this clip, you can see it happening twice. When I press for it to shoot, it makes weird noises instead of loading. 
Sometimes the Railgun can cough itself up the moment you squeeze the trigger, resulting in a delayed charge-up.

Happens to me and my friends every so often.
I also wouldn’t try rage killing someone sprinting at them like a madman
