Here are the descriptions for both armours: Raijin: The RAIJIN next-generation powered assault armor leverages the latest exoskeleton advances and Mjolnir BIOS extensions for a new breed of super-soldier serving corporate and government interests. Teishin: Designed for a new breed of augmented soldier serving in paramilitary and clandestine agencies, TEISHIN suits are at the cutting edge of privately developed powered assault armor technology.
I am confused about these descriptions. It says they are specifically designed for a new breed of super-soldier for different reasons. When they refer to this ‘new breed’ of super-soldier are they talking about Spartans? If so, how is it that Spartans can be employed by corporate companies and clandestine agencies? If not, how can somebody who is not a Spartan wear MJOLNIR-class armour?
It’s been said that MJOLNIR is going through the process of democratization, and the UNSC and ONI can’t control it anymore in the private sector. You could assume it’s the same for biological augmentations.

“agencies” here refuses to “an action or intervention producing a particular effect.” not “a business or organization providing a particular service on behalf of another business, person, or group.”
