Yes, it’s another problem unlocking the Raider DSTT Helmet for Halo 4. I posted this in the Halo Waypoint Support forum but didn’t get any help, so now I’m trying here.
So, I’ve played the necessary 1000 complete games. I’m actually at 1003 complete War Games matches or something like that. That’s completed games on the Waypoint site, not games listed on Halo 4 in-game service record, so it doesn’t include JIP or DNF games. But I’ve entered the code to unlock the helmet in Waypoint and keep getting the message that I haven’t completed 1000 games. Multiple times, in fact. I’ve cleared the system cache and deleted and reinstalled the ap twice each with no luck. Is there any way to resolve this?

So…first posted I had a problem with this on the Waypoint Support forum on the 24th of September. This thread’s been here for five days without a response. Can I at least get someone from 343i to tell me to screw off so that I can at least refiled the problem from “unresolved” to “will never be resolved”?
I’ve had this problem too and I sent a message about it since I’m trying to get the chest piece to it which requires me to solo legenday which I did but its still not giving it to me maybe you need to req for both at the same time idk
EDIT:It could also be the fact of the 360 version not being updated so the codes might not work for halo 4 anymore its annoying I worked hard for that armor
Yeah, supremely annoying. I might borrow my brother’s 360, see if using a different console works. My younger brother has an Xbone, so maybe using that would help. Not sure, though, because I don’t know if Waypoint is on the Xbone.
