I have played 1o33 matchmaking games on halo 4, YET THE CODE WONT WORK!!! someone please help
According to your service record, you have played 749 matches from start to finish )no JIP, no quiting). You still need 251 for the code to work.
Go here and look at the number for “War Games Matchmaking,” “Games Completed.” That’s the number that needs to be 1,000.
It says I have 1050 games. I have 117 campaign, 564 ops, 360 war games and 9 custom. I put the code in and its still locked. I heard JIP games are not included. What are JIP games and why is the code still locked. I don’t understand.

The 1000 matches refers only to complete War Games matches. In other words 1000 games that are played from start to finish (from pre-game lobby to post-game lobby). JIP games are not included. If you have 360 complete matches played in War Games, then you still need another 640 before you can enter the code.
Are you sure JIP games don’t count? I was watching my last 20 games or so recently (making sure they counted on Waypoint b/c I was sick of getting DNF for games I finished) and JIP was adding to my completed games for War games (I’m pretty sure anyway, the refresh would add +1 to completed games on the main service record page and the code worked for me when I hit 1,000).
Well I have played over a 1000 war game matches an the code is not working at all tried it 5 times

Best not to bump old posts like this as it’s against the forum rules. As above, Join in Progress games don’t count towards the total. You’re currently at 985 games completed, so 15 more and you will be able to use the code

I don’t know the rules too well but I have to say, in the Halo Waypoint X360 app, it says I have 1000 games done but on the website Halo 4 Stats says this.
Yeah I found out what the problem was all of your spartan ops have to be completed on legendary
It also sucks that there are no more challenges at all why is that
I wish there was a way of getting halo 3 maps onto halo 4 that would be nice

Hi there. As noted above, Join in Progress games do not count towards the totals needed to unlock this armour. Currently you are on 851 matches games completed, you can see all of your Halo 4 stats here
Ok I am unable to get the raider dstt helmet and am pretty sure I met the requirements if I looked at it wrong could someone please tell me how many completed games away I am from unlocking it.

You’ve got plenty more than 1000 WarGames so you should be set. Make sure you’re you’re typing the code in correctly:
Scroll down to the large image and check Requiem Archive II. It’s possible that you may need to get the Shoulders and/or Torso before getting the Helmet. If you’ve met the requirements, try putting in those codes first if you haven’t already.

Well I got the shoulders and I punched the code in correctly. It still says when I punch in the code for it that I need to complete 1k war games if there is any simpler solution known please inform me. Also I have seen ppl showing videos of getting the helmet without having the torso unlocked.
