I find obtaining the helmet a little ridiculous to obtain. Even though I’m getting close to 1000 Completed MM War Games Matches, I don’t think 343 should have done that.

Why, Because it actually requires effort to obtain? Putting in the effort makes it worth while. There isn’t anything wrong with a bit of a challenge. Remember the Vidmasters? That also required effort to unlock a piece of armor.
They shouldve dropped it to 750. Still requires effort, but a tiny bit easier to obtain
They should of had a completely different set of armor for doing that instead of a skin.
i want to see some better armor for challenges like these. like some MEAN intimidating armor.
It isn’t difficult. I got it already. You get a nice emblem with the helmet too.
I thought that it was one of the easier sets to acquire,for most of the other sets require hundreds if not thousands of repeats of the same goals
what’s ridiculous to obtain is the mongoose destroyer, plasma pistol kills, and scorpion destroyer is pretty hard too because there’s only one on one map in the game. Those are the things that are ridiculous…

Exactly, I’m not sure why 343i is obsessed with skins in this game instead of having us earn seperate\different armor like in Reach, ODST, and H3.

Skins are easier to implement and saves on disk space, from having to add in a whole new set of armor and new geometry.
I find it amusing to be honest. All these sucky spartan ops players will have to wait even longer to get it 
Meanwhile i’m SR 108 and have less than 200 games to go, perhaps less than 150, i need to check.
meh, not like I’m going to wear it anyway.
There is a lot of different armour pieces in this game and fair enough some are ugly and most of the shoulders look the same. But still quite a variety. I would have rather had less different armour pieces while being able to unlock the skins separately and be able to use them on each armour type. And why is there no choice of having no skin on a piece of armour?
Its a lot easier unlocking the Dstt Raider helmet than it is unlocking the Recon Surge armour or the Warmaster Primal… considering there’s no KotH playlist now.
It’s pretty easy to unlock in comparison to many other armour pieces. I’m destroying my K/D by trying to the the Commando armor, but already I got DSTT a while ago. (I’m SR 118.)

I love how skins mean squat if you’re on red team where your secondary color is just a lighter shade of red rather than white like blue team…>_>
