Reduced radar helps counter camping, actually. You can’t just sit in a corner and wait for your radar to tell you a bogey is coming by.

yea seriously:and for the people saying use your mics i did but usually got people talking -Yoink- or stupid little kids all the time so i stopped
at most it should be at 19 or 20. i feel like since the radar is spherical (supposedly) that it shortens the range down even further

What do you mean by supposedly? Its range is 18m. So 18m in any direction from you, the center point, and thus spherical.

The radar in this game is garbage, Spartan Charging try hards don’t appear on the radar and tanks get destoryed right away

This. It’s too easy for people to insta-kill you with a charge from behind, and tanks are nearly useless in Warzone because of the minuscule radar.

You also shouldn’t be relying on your mic because when your playing with 3 other randoms, theres no guarantee that they’ll use the mic properly. Your radar is alot more reliable because you actually that you can depend on it except you can’t because its super tiny.

oh i thought the range didnt already count the shape cuz in previous halos i dont think the radar had a shape to it
