I could not even reveal the nickname of the player who sent me the following message: … ((ORIGINAL MESSAGE = BLACK -Yoink- expelled THY FATHER !!! === BLACK Yoink Expelled THY FATHER !!! ).

First of all, avoid whoever sent you the message. Second, block their comms so they don’t send you any further messages. Thrid and finally, use the report function and file a complaint against the said player.

When the complaint is processed, Microsoft will take the necessary steps against the player if he is found against the CoC.

I asked it to own call center XBOX LIVE-they told me that the complaint should be made here. and now they ask me to do the report there? Not clown not. I want a correct and ready way.

I’d say that’s a bit extreme of a reaction. Just forget the sod who sent it and live life onward. Making a fuss over losers like him is what exacerbates the behavior further.

Although it seems a crusade for futile reasons is not. If you understand the context of swearing in my language you understand me better (do not tell me why you would just understand me), and I’m not on a crusade against companies just going to tell my story and give my opinion who to ask me or a conversation informal on business, stopped consuming their products, I stopped to speak good of the company, and will not report any infraction committed by others, I will know. Thus I stopped supporting them as I felt no support.

First off, if you are trying to get anywhere with Microsoft’s customer service, then I will tell you that it will get you nowhere. They send you here because they are either incompetent or lazy.

Secondly, 343 Industries and Halo Waypoint cannot do anything to this person. That is Xbox Live and Microsoft’s responsibility and they are the only ones with the power to do anything.

Thirdly, yes there are jerks online. This is the risk you take for going online. I have been called a -Yoink- simply for choosing an Elite. I didn’t lament on it, I moved on. Don’t let others ruin your gaming experience.

As for not supporting them anymore, I understand that decision and respect it.

  1. Report the user through Xbox Live.
  2. Block the user.
  3. Get over it.

Why in the world are you trying to contact Microsoft/343 personally? You could sort this out yourself in 30 seconds.

Posting once a week isn’t going to change the answer I gave you last week or the week before.

That content is not handled by 343 in any way. That is handled by Xbox Live and, again, the appropriate way to handle the issue is to report the message for abusive content and let XBL Enforcement deal with it. Posting here repeatedly does nothing as there is nothing to be done with the information here.
