I believe this issue is caused when the bundle is not redeemed on the main account of the xbox, OR you have more than one account on the xbox that has purchased the warzone req bundle. I’m making a poll to see if this is true.
I bought the Warzone pack and haven’t gotten a single Warzone req. I hate this game.

Do you get REQs every Monday?
Hey guys I’m just missing the promotional Dauntless and Resolute Visors you get for buying the Halo 5 Xbox I e controllers. Best Buy resent me the codes and even gave me new codes and it still didn’t work.
No I don’t get anything on Monday. I’m about to talk to a lawyer about this.

I can’t tell if you are trolling or lacking a brain stem. What part of “haven’t gotten a single Warzone req” is hard to understand?

Slight copy/paste from another thread: Did you redeem your bundle before or at the launch of Halo 5? If so then you will have received all 14 packs as of last Monday, packs were 2 per week for 7 weeks. If you redeemed after launch, can you say when you first redeemed the pack / how many packs you have redeemed so far?

I tracked my transaction date and I know it gave me only 12 req packs cause this last Monday was supposed to be my last set of packs and I have an empty place in my req collections… Very sad.
i only got like 8 packs so far, only because i wasn’t playing halo 5 every week, so far i haven’t seen the rest of the packs, what gaves?
