You will always be remembered with fondness and love;

  • Elites in Multiplayer = You spiced up Multiplayer, you made it more varied yet sadly you have no part in the schemes that is to come of Multiplayer.

  • Dual Wielding = You were amazing. Hopefully this won’t be the last time you appear.

  • Firefight = The fight will never be finished. And the Flood will have no part like we hoped.

  • SMGs = Dual Wielding was the bow, you were the arrow; sadly both are of no use without the other.

  • Plasma Rifle = I…You were the Johnson, the Anderson(Mass Effect) of weapons in Halo. You stood by us all the way through. You became an old friend, it is sad that such icons have no place in this fresh start of Halo.
    You have become what makes Halo.
    You will never be forgotten, may you continue killing Spartans and Grunts and Elites till the end of Halo’s days.

  • Needle Rifle = Sadly you could not live up to your older brother, yet your efforts will not be in vain or forgotten.

  • Bloom = Bye.

  • Armour Lock = Even though you were a noobs tool…ahh good riddance.

I can’t think of anything else, there’s loads more I’m sure . Please write the other things so I can add them to this list.

Um the Magnum, Rocket Launcher and Forge will all definitely be in Halo 4.

Why did you think the Rocket Launcher wouldn’t be in the game? That weapon is a must for every Halo game.

But, it is confirmed that the Rocket Launcher and Forge will be Back. We have even had seen the Magnum In-Game (Halo 4 First Look BTS)… :stuck_out_tongue:

I thought they said elites will be playable? You still need to take forge off of your list.

The SMG has most likely has been replaced by the assault carbine. The plasma rifle has just been made more AR like from the sounds of it. That was probably done to make it a competent starting weapon. Forge, rocket launchers and magnums are in. Dual wielding broke the weapon sandbox. Elites are probably gone so 343i can focus on Spartan IV customization. Armor lock and bloom had a special place in Hell reserved for them and thankfully they have arrived. Spartan Ops more than makes up for Firefight from the sound of it.

Forge has been confirmed but the needle rifle and possibly SMG is just speculation unless I’m incorrect.

so you mean to tell me that, a giant cortana head shaped easter egg vehicle that shoots johnson quotes and mini-chief missiles could be in halo 4?

I have no problem with everything else, I even let the fact that no Elites would be in matchmaking slide, but seriously, no Plasma Rifle?! That’s been in the game since the very beginning!

It’s being replaced with a tougher, more assault plasma weapon according to Frankie.

Kind of like the Repeater, but more useful I assume.

Magazines said that duel wielding has yet to be shown. But it was never confirmed out of the game. If I’m wrong show a source.
