I have hopes for Fiesta. No way it will be ranked and the randomized weapons may raise the chances of even the noobiest of noobs to score one kill or two against MLG pros.

So let’s get this straight, GoonMaster69 (nice name) wants a social playlist because he is sick of getting sht on in ranked.
We good so far?
He works hard like most of us 40-60 hour weeks - I feel you there and he wants Halo to be his escape, his relaxation.
He goes on to say he is ranked Plat 1 - potentially because he got carried there by a friend who seems slightly above average.

Continues to talk about getting shrekd and going -10 almost every game. Okay…yeah I agree that would suck. I mean I get pissed if I go negative or if I lose.
But…this is where it gets interesting. He goes on to write that he is “one of those people”, those people being someone that just wants kills(CoD anyone?).
So how I’m reading this is…GoonMaster69 wants a playlist where he can reverse the rolls - sht on casual players to make himself feel good about his skill level in the game. Complains about “tryhards”, when in reality he will try just as hard in a social playlist. In a sense he will become the tryhard making his whole post and the whole point of Social hypocritical and meaningless.
The competition will follow you where ever you go. In all honestly it sounds to me like 343 probably needs to adjust the RANKING system (seriously though they really do, the whole thing sucks).
Like I said in my other post. What honestly makes Social different from Ranked? Your rank is literally pixels on a screen it means nothing. Basically Social Playlists are this polite playlist where the score is 49-49 and the two teams come together, sit cross legged in a circle, and discuss who the nicer team is and decide a winner. It’s like the hippie playlist of Halo.

He or she is saying that MCC had more constant game modes but was still -yoink- compared to all the other Halos. MCC IS ALL THE OTHER HALOS (besides Reach) smart guy. And they, meaning 343i, can’t make things like CTF when IT IS ALREADY IN GAME FROM THE VERY START. Also, if he/she bothered to follow along with Halo news (which I know that person does by the pizza skin comment) they would know that Fiesta is coming in this months free update.
But to the OP…i do agree more social playlists need to come. I am betting Fiesta will be one. No way having randomized weapon loadouts upon spawn will be ranked.

I don’t think that was implied at all. Wether its social or not entirely depends on a persons mood and attitude.

Its because the MCC is so garbage to play because of its issues to even play the game.

The “noobiest of noobs” need only pick up a storm rifle and he can kill anyone he wants.

Anyone can kill anyone in the right conditions. But Fiesta may make the right conditions happen more often for less skilled players. That’s why it has potential to be such a good social playlist.
All we need is a couple teams of Onyx playing social and it’s GG social playlist.
If you want ranks to be completely abolished in this playlist, that means there’s no restrictions on who matches up with who, which means Onyx players can just go to town on Bronze/Silver players. Are you gonna stop them from playing well?
All it’ll be is just another playlist where bad players lose, except there’s no rank next to their name.
