Team Objective???
Stockpile is only in BTB unfortunately, and unlike some of the other DLC achievements is not possible to do offline. Due to the fact that Stockpile is extremely rare and when it does finally appear it is never voted for, and due to the difficulty of the achievement it can only be hoped that Stockpile finds itself in other playlists or given it’s very own spot.

No it isn’t. They took it out a while back.

Which was a stupid decision, IMO. Now it’s only available in BTB and SWAT, and people hardly ever vote for it in the very rare case it even shows up.
