I’ve been temporarily banned 3 times today due to low lives host booting, I know its not my internet because I never disconnect from xbl and I always stay in my xbl party, all it does is say everyone quit and then I’ve been temporarily banned.
Is there no way 343 could differentiate between quitting and disconnecting? I always get banned at least once every week -.-
Also if 343 don’t want people to quit games then why not just remove the option to quit? Sure some people will return to dashboard or turn their xbox off but people won’t want to do that very often.
When stuff like most/all of my team quitting happens I just hide. Most of the trogs in matchmaking are too thick to notice you if you’re above eye level.

They could. But if they did, then quitters would just unplug their routers or modems in order to leave a game without penalty.

Far more people Dashboard out of lobbies than most people realize. :\
Punishments don’t work. Making it more tedious to quit doesn’t work. What does work is removing some of the reasons why people quit. Sometimes people quit due to real-life matters, and sometimes they quit because of unjustified rage. More often than not, though, people quit because of justified frustration with poorly-designed parts of the game – a preventable problem.
