Halo Tracker – ManSlayar
Ladies and Gentlemen now that I have got Onyx hopefully that can qualify my next couple of statements regarding the state of the game. First of all I should say that if you are an esports player or hope to become one this game would be a great place to start. As much of a grind it was getting ONYX queing with randoms , I feel a sense of accomplishment. Although winning and losing should factor into your rank a tad bit more tho.
As for the game I do not see how the majority of people hope to have fun with this game. Everything besides the ranked playlist lacks fun. You have limited playlist to enjoy with your friends who might not be as skilled as you are , and if you care about rank how are you supposed to bring your gold buddies into ranked , unranked playlist you say? Well you can’t even choose what game types you wish to play.
Big Team Battle is basically RNG with over powered vehicles being dropped on the enemy side ensuring your defeat. Why on the biggest map do I have an underpowered AR ? It takes 4,000,000 bullets to kill an enemy vehicle and that’s while dodging sniper bullets. Get good you say ? Onyx should have removed that doubt.
I do not hate the game , and have put many hours into it already and plan on putting more , ( TITLE was CLICKBAIT) but without friends playing ranked this game ranks 1 out of 10 on the fun level. 343 needs to spend the rest of their time giving us more playlist, more maps, more game types , for christ’s sakes you had 6 years and a $500 million dollar budget. If this is the best version of a battle pass we can get , just remove it.
I am not HALO stan, I will try and be as constructive as I can , but only 3 playlist , no forge , no co-op campaign , no split screen , no real LAN, and the list goes on and on. Unfortunately I know gamers and they will not give you time to correct these things , that’s why first impressions are crucial , very rarely can a game get a second wind, this is 2021. Only thing that can save the casual fanbase is a Battle Royale.
