Hm, I dunno, they could effectively make a game out of many other Spartans, including Spartan Red Team from Halo Wars.
Kind of like how Star Wars had The Old Republic era as an almost infinite background to work with.

By then my good sir i shall have entered a career in the REAL world and frankly wouldn’t give a damn about halo by that point. I hope it has a dignified death though. For the sake of it becoming a cash cow! Oh wait we have H3 O.D.S.T. a dlc expansion for h3 costing £40. Halo wars (whopee people DEFFO still talk about that). Halo reach and the pitiful excuse which I’m not going to name. Face it the series died after MW2 dug it’s grave and forced it in with Gears of War laughing on the sideline. Nervously laughing as it was next.

Halo is still gonna be going for the next 20 years at least. It would be OK if they put effort into their Multiplayer but they aren’t doing that.
