There is a ban system in place to deal with those who quit, afk, betray, or grief in matchmaking. Details can be found in the ban thread which is linked in my signature. I’d suggest you keep that thread in mind if you intend to pursue that course of action as you will inevitably be banned form Halo 5. In addition there is a rather significant CSR drop in ranked playlists from quitting.
