I was carrying a losing team through a rough slayer match just to gradually have all 3 of my teammates leave. So I was forced to be slaughtered and tea bagged by a team of 4 because I do not have a team of my own to play with. Matchmaking is absolutely miserable for this reason. Salty players who have to win every match leave because they aren’t winning within the first 2 minutes. I wish that 343 would implement a much more severe punishment for players who leave matches early. There is nothing worse than starting a match and immediately having a player leave. You go from the mindset “let’s do well this game.” To “great were immediately at a disadvantage.” It’s selfish and does nothing but make you look like a -Yoink-. I report every single player who leaves early, but that does nothing, of course. I wish they would be prevented from playing for a greater amount of time and deduct exp/req points or something. I love this game but playing it can be a nightmare with -Yoinks!- like this.
If this only happened every now and then, I wouldn’t be as mad. Sure, it would be obnoxious to have to deal with, but this is certainly AT THE LEAST 3 out of 5 games. Whether it’s someone on my team, or the other team, someone ends up leaving. I would much rather lose a match that we at least had the chance to come back in than have all my teammates leave.

I agree fo r this reason I’m ok with the ban system. The best thing is when one of you’re teammates leaves because your loosing early on only to cone back and win without them
