How a bout a “No Bans For Quitting or AFK” playlist? Only solos allowed (so fire teams don’t abuse it), and only bans for betrayals. That way all the quitters and casuals who put the controller down to make dinner or walk the dog would have place to go, or it could be their only option for 48 hrs or more after three quits in regular playlists. Having the longer "time out’ would keep them from just playing an alternate account for a few hours until they get a ban in that one too. It might actually be more popular than you think and would show them all what it’s like to have your team constantly quitting. The reputation system is supposed to group them together in MM, but I’ve found the rep system really is not implemented while the ban hammer is.
I’m far from a great Halo player (I could list a litany of excuses but I’m not here to defend my stats) but I enjoy the game and I don’t quit and I have not yet been banned. I live in Florida and I try not to play during bad thunderstorms because we get momentary power glitches where everything needs to reboot. If Microsoft/343 worried as much about their servers reliability as they (and some of us) do about quitting we’d all be a lot better off.

Those are my thoughts. The official “Why was I Banned” thread is 36 pages and I’m sure there are A LOT MORE banned players than actually post here complaining about it.
343 could play around with the idea of matches there contributing to your overall rank or K/D. Maybe only list it at the end of each match or for that playlist, as “social stats”.
An invisible ranking system and a 3v3 format would decrease the likelihood of 4v1 stomps.

this problem exist in the saga for a long time just think when u are playing and happens a lot of stuff that block your process to the victory. is the 2%/100% just trust in the level filters.
No one would be playing it because they would always be quitting! lol
