I’m sorry i didn’t want to have to complain about quitters but i mean come on… Keep the same time bans but give players 1 quit every other day, and if they surpass that derank them.
ex: If your a diamond 6 you should instantly go down to a diamond 5
Edit: Well just got kicked from an arena game some reason and got the ban hammer, trying not to be hypocritical here but this sucks!

Bans are more effective than deranking.
Quitting drops your rank farther than a loss. Question is though, with these awesome servers how do you know who rage quit and who got kicked? Granted probably 2 out of 3 probably rage quit, but you can’t tell. Until server drops stop counting as quits they should actually ease off the bans.

I’d prefer they get a ban. If they de-rank far enough that means they end up in the lower skill division. We don’t need people intentionally quitting games to de-rank so they can pub stomp weaker players. Thanks but no thanks.
or have something close to halo 3 when you left a match
what about people who’s internet go out for no reason in the middle of a match? there really is no way to implement a system that doesn’t fire at people who get super unlucky

if they derank into a lower skill rank to pub stomp who cares… I mean they wont be playing with people that try that are in a higher rank and who would want to do that anyways
Just have it they can’t rejoin the gametype they were just in, for about 45min

Did they change how the rank progress works ?
Cause recently i played a few matches and one of them we lost but the score was close yet they showed the green upwards triangle instead of the red downwards. Can someone confirm ?
