Ban quiters for 30 minutes make it a gradual thing so that if they quit again add 30 minutes and so in do it in a 24 hour period up to a maximum ban of 24 hours .add 100 quits equals no competitive play for a month only social
This is an ok idea but there should also be a way to differentiate people that quit intentionally vs people that leave the match because of connection issues.

I think it would also need to be a number of quits in a day. Obviously it can’t be quits in a row, because a lot of people quit when they’re losing, and that doesn’t necessarily happen in a row, but more likely during the course of a day. But there are a number of reasons people might need to quit a match: to take care of a family member, a bathroom emergency, something getting broken/spilled, a call from work, etc. No one should get punished for 30 minutes because they had to take a 5-minute call from their boss.
