Yup, I decided to play in the Slayer Ranked Playlist and my first 4 out of 5 games 2 to 3 people quit and I was solo and got screwed… because I didn’t quit.
On the first point you’re making a faulty assumption that all people who play ranked playlists care about their rank. This Team Slayer Bronze One (yup, you read that right: BRONZE ONE) does not give a tinker’s damn about his rank and your proposal would have absolutely no effect on my comings and goings from matches. And I’m such an average person that I have to think that there are a lot of other people who play team slayer because they like 4v4 game play, not necessarily because they’re rank chasers.
Your second point is an excellent idea.
Your third point, the idea of introducing JiP into ranked playlists, will set competitive players on fire. That said, it could be made to work if there was some sort of appropriate reward for the player who was added into the game after the start - for example, they could have a win count on their record but have a loss expunged. They could double exp the match. They could give that player a gold req pack. They could do a lot of things to make people actually hope that they get jipped into a match. But will they?

So, i think this:
When one player quit, or there is a team in inferiority number, the match go in “suspended mode” until a new players join.
For suspended mode i mean that others players can move in the map, but they don’t get any weapon / power up. They can fire and kill enemy for fun, but kills are not counted. When a new player join, players see a coundown of 10 seconds, and then the match start again with the previous points.

That would ruins the flow of the game. Having a suspended mode during a match is like hitting a roadblock and forcing everyone to wait (if people have to wait, it’s most likely they will quit out too).
