Quit banned but did not quit...

Recently I’ve been having a problem with Halo MCC temporarily banning me for quitting when in fact I’m not. This happens every few matchmaking games and the bans are gradually getting longer so this is only getting more annoying. Is there any solution to this?

Are you lagging out of matches? Can you give some more details about the issue you are having?

I am having the same issue. I and my guest finish the game, (we’ve been playing nothing but swat) we look at our carnage reports, then hit b to go back to the menu and hit a to jump back in to swat. I don’t ever quit unless it’s an emergency, yet i’ve now been banned for it.

I’m having the same issue. I was playing split screen online and we received a warning first stating we were quitting too much. The thing is we hadn’t quit at all. I didn’t think much of it though since I hadn’t quit any game actually. Next day we are playing. Are game ends after playing with only one other person as the other person had stopped playing mid game. We went to start another game and it gives us the message stating we are banned for an hour as we have been quitting too much. We never quit is the thing. A few years ago I maybe would quit occasionally but only when my team had quit or my internet connection was bad. However now I have decent internet and haven’t been playing seriously much so I’ve been roughing it through all games. It’s disappointing because I love halo and love split screen which is why I play master chief collection. I wish there was a way to fix this or 343i would do something about it.

I’m having the same issue. I don’t even quit matches. Now I’m on a 30 minute ban. WTF? Pls help! Someone anyone…

Same problem. It’s great to drop 600 bucks on a new xbox, mcc, and a gold subscription only to find that the multiplayer system is more frustrating than it was almost 15 years ago.
