Quit Ban doesnt account for Loading Screen quiters

Been playing Invasion, encountering quitters as per usual. I get into a match with 12 people connected, and in the loading screen half of my team quits. What the game should do is load in and display that half of my team is gone. What instead happens is that the scoreboard says the game has always been a 3v6 and that I should be punished for quitting a game I have no chance of winning, or of not being spawn killed in (it was Breakpoint). I quit, and now I’m temp-banned.

Let’s go a step further into this: if I were to do things the way the game says is “proper”, I would have to wait for both of my other team members to quit first. Because my team has only 3 players, in order for over 50% of my team to quit, THE MAJORITY OF THE TEAM MUST INCUR A MATCHMAKING BAN, before you are allowed to leave a game you have no chance of having fun in.

I played the original games on the original live services, and I remember very clearly that the scoreboard used to keep track of who quit before the game loaded in. To put it simply, the absence of this functionality has left you with a game that punishes you for doing the right thing. It’s untenable.
