Well, as the title says, I quit approximately 6 games in a row. Many reasons led to me quitting, most of the time it was the absence of a team mate as they decided to quit as soon as the game started, leaving us short handed to the face the almighty god weapon, the BR.
as I wrote this I just quit another game. Woohoo.
anyway back to it, quitting also came from pathetic excuses for team mates, me having several kills them having 0, nearly all the time. I’m not the best but I’m sure as hell 100x better than the dross I get teamed with.
and lastly halo 3, holy -Yoink-. What a -Yoink- game. And in fact, I may take a leaf out of certain peoples books (potentially the quitters mentioned in the first paragraph) and leave if I ever get a halo 3 game. It is slow, the hitboxes are -Yoinking!- awful,and the weapons are -Yoink-.
Exactly why I am glad they finally added working ranks to a few of the playlists. So kids like this can remain in the lower ranks with the other quitters,betrayers, and afk players. This is also why EVERY playlist needs to be ranked so we can keep these players in the lower ranks.

This community is a bane to itself, you want to blame the downfall of halo on someone, turn your eyes from 343 and the disaster that is COD, and take a good long at yourselves. Presuming you know someone’s age and status from a minor rant. God. You think yourselves far more intelligent than you really are.
If you’re that upset with 343 and Halo multiplayer, why not just play another game? Quitting isn’t going to help anyone and it isn’t going to prove anything to 343.
GUYS! Stop -yoinking- about Halo 3 being bad. It is a perfect game. Just because a game takes skill doesn’t mean it sucks. If you played H2 and H3 in its original glory days, you would know what I understand. There is no aim assist/bullet magnitism in HCE, H2, and H3. They are games that take skill. If you suck, get better or don’t play it.

Yeah I never got why people complain about the BR in halo 3. You gotta lead your shots and strafe…

are you seriously saying the community is to blame for this. You quit games,your rank should reflect that but it won’t until the company you’re trying to defend get their act together. The community supported Halo vigorously and still do. We tell 343i what we want in the game or we won’t buy their next product.Simple as. If you want to play Team Slayer ranked then be prepared to play H2A,H2 Classic,Halo 3 and Halo CE. You shouldn’t quit if you get Halo 3…how else are you going to improve at the game.

how do you know people who complain about it didn’t do so in “the glory days” I played halo 3 in its prime, halo 2 also.
I honestly believe halo 3 was a huge step back for halo, and that it was only,so popular because it was “the next gen” halo at the time. As halo 5 will be shortly. Except that halo 5 has even more expected of it.
halo 3 was made popular by selling with the console, it made its way in to nearly every home, and classed as the last great halo. After that loadouts and sprint etc were introduced so noone will ever see a new halo be king. Halo 3 is the last reminder of the arena shooter, that doesn’t make it “A PERFECT GAME” it rid its predecessors glory.
