in my experience, nothing good ever comes out of having a quick TTK, and it doesn’t seem like many people enjoy it? so why do these devs insist on incorporating it into their games?
having no time to react in a video games, is probably the most frustrating thing in my opinion, to the point you might as well just put your controller down.
games that use it, don’t seem to fair well with that games community ( cod ghost, battlefield hardline, and now halo 5 SEEMS to have a much faster ttk.) two of which are considered the WORST in their respected franchises.

Except for halo many would argue reach and H4 is the worse in terms of MM

A quick TTK is necessary for a game with sprint. If you had “time to react” you could just sprint around a corner and run a mile.

The time to kill in Halo 5 is fine. I’m old and I can react quickly enough to get those perfect/reversal combo kills.

or if you had “time to react” you could actually shoot back. two different options, it becomes about thinking, less then it is about twitching.
do i feel someone who flanks you should be rewarded? of course i do. but i also don’t think being MELTED, is the way to go either.
slower ttk promotes, “ah, he outshot me” more then " where the bleep did i get shot from."
so i wouldn’t say it’s necessary to have a quick ttk just because sprint is in the game, but see where you are coming from

i feel like it could be slowed down a tad bit, atleast for auto’s, i know everyone would have a fit if they made the BR a 5 shot again.
because if you can get a reversal on a storm rifle, you sir, are the man

That would seem like a flaw in your positioning. Personally I’d like to see a slight range reduction on the autos say about 10%. I don’t have a problem with the TTK.
