I redeemed a code for my extra specializations a couple of days ago, and saw them all in the specialization menu. But now when I go into my specialization menu, only Wetwork and Operator appear. Two questions:
Why?
How does this get resolved?

Go to your account settings on the xbox homepage and then redownload it from your purchae history.
