Why are the new maps so bad? They literally lag and the edging comes apart graphics wise.

Is there any maps in particular that you find lag a lot?
If they’re Forge maps, it’s probably the “object count” that’s causing it.
Someone else can probably provide more details.
I haven’t noticed any really on any particular map. It just seems to happen from time to time. Granted it’s rarely for me.
Pegasus 2 is the worst by far. Orion 2 is pretty bad as well.

That would be a result of them being Forge-built maps. There are a lot of objects used in constructing them, which is probably why they cause some lag.

Lol, their skill in game has nothing to do with critiquing your wording. They could be Bronze 1 but have a masters degree in English and grammar. Never judge a book by its cover.

Easy easy easy Pegasus 2 takes the lead by a mile
Some forge maps do have some performance problems that 343 are aware of, was mentioned in last week’s community update that Unyshek had been working with forgers to improve frame rate. The wider issue is to do with rendering and unfortunately something that isn’t fixable in Halo 5’s life cycle
I’ve never experienced frame drops or lag on the new maps it might just be your side or even your region perhaps?

His point that when someone says ‘quick question’ instead of listing the actual problem in the title people will be more likely to help you cause its possible that they may ignore it due to lazy titling. No offense of course it just might be a better idea.
