Quick question to those with the game already

Are the matchmaking (“matchmade”?) achievements able to be obtained in custom games if using a gametype taken out of the current playlists, like the Defiant achievements were able to be?

I was wondering this too, because the ones that said “in a matchmade game” can be done in customs. And all of the new ones say “in a matchmade game”
