Does forge island have more space than forge world in height, width and such?
I believe so. Its pretty massive, lots of empty space.
It takes several seconds to fall from the top of the map to hit the bottom/islands.

Indeed I would say it is bigger than the Forge World from Halo:Reach

IIRC, someone did some math and it turns out you could fit three Forge Worlds into Forge Island.
That’s pretty huge

That’s awesome. 343i did an amazing job with Forge Island.
The achievable vertical height on forge island should be the standard by which all maps are made. I find that my launches for trick videos are incredibly stymied by the lack of vertically on all of the matchmaking maps.
The map for Forge World was larger than Forge Island, but only a fraction of it was Forge-able. Forge Island has a much larger playable space while the map itself is slightly smaller.
