Hey everyone,
I just had a few questions about the ranking system and how it calculates your rank. The reason I ask is because I have friends that I played arena with for 10 consecutive matches. Won 8-10 and ended with a pretty good kda of 6.5. But… 2 of us received onyx and the other two got platinum. So I know its not off of just straight wins. Because we would all be the same. And it’s not just off of kda because one of the onyx teammates has aa negative KDA. Same thing with a friend. In swat he has less wins than I do. And a negative KDA while mine is 11.0. I just want to understand a little more what the game looks for. Or it its just not calculating correctly. How can someone win less, get less kills, get less assists and die every 10 seconds get a higher rank than someone who was good in all categories. And another question. Do you think it puts your rank to see what you can do? Better players on teams get lower ranks because they have more growth potential or even that it puts them there to help balance the Teams for better matching.
I’m not mad at the ranking system and I know we don’t know much about it because they dont want people boosting. Just looking for some results and and information other have. Thanks for you help guys.
