Hey guys! I was just wondering how the monitor/superintendent/admin system works. Are they selected by 343 or are they just high ranks?
DISCLAIMER: I am not asking to become one, I am just curious about the process. Every monitor I have seen has been very capable and unbiased which is impressive. Thanks everyone!
You might want to try private messaging one of them. In my experience, Snickerdoodle is usually good with replying.

Nope. We’re volunteers, chosen by 343i to take care of the forums. Usually, only users with “343 Industries” as their rank are actual employees.

They don’t get paid with money at least. They do, however, get paid with dump trucks full of love, respect, and admiration
