Question regarding Xbox Live Enforcement

Hiyo!

So recently I have ran into an issue with a player on Xbox Live in Halo Reach who continuously tries to harass me by calling me gay, -Yoink-, no friends, etc. This has gotten to the point where I said something before he got booted out of the lobby of our FFA game. After being booted with the rest of the lobby, I decided to join his new game and tell him to stop harassing me, as it was not getting him anywhere.
Unfortunately, he just wanted to try to bully me again, so I just left the game. A few hours after going offline, I get back on to find a message from this player. He claiming that he could not understand what I said because my grandma’s D- was in the way. I eventually let him know, as a final warning, that I have his actions recorded and will be more than happy to contact the Xbox Live Enforcement team.
A few minutes later, he tells me this in voicemail;

“I am pretty sure I can have someone get a new gamertag, take yours, talk -Yoink- (bully players), record it, give it back, and send a recording of it to microsoft.”

I am pretty sure that he is telling me that he is going to have someone hack my Xbox Live account and break the terms and conditions with it. Sooo I was wondering, would a video of this message be enough to have the Xbox Live enforcement team take action?

Also, after that message, I asked if he was seriously telling me he is going to have someone hack me. He said he is going to have a “Xbox Live Ambassador” at “Leet Cross” do it. I did not reply after that.

You’d have to post on the xbox forums for that information as that’s their domain. Keep the messages and file a complaint.

Also, if your password isn’t the strongest, I suggest changing it.

Alright, thank you!

Be careful not to say anything to him. He’ll just file a complaint and XBox live will ban you for no reason.

Xbox does have enforcers/ambassadors usually playing. Back in the Halo 2 days, I used to play with several ambassadors and Xbox LIVE customer center support specialist and they would voice ban players like the one you encountered. Also if they would witness modders/cheaters, they will perm ban them as well.

A few years ago there was a famous Xbox ambassador called The Pro. He did a lot of “cleaning up” in the Call of Duty games. You know how those little kids can get… I just wish they had more ambassadors playing to catch players who are rude, bully players, make racist comments, and even child predators (especially with the new Xbox One and it’s Skype capabilities.)

I wish this actually worked. The system never seems to ban those players unless they get reported 30+ times which I find unfair.

On a off note, I heard that the new Xbox One reputation system will work a lot better than the current one. This new system will group the rude players together so they can all talk about each others moms. LOL
