Question regarding Planet Size and Gravity

Okay, this will be a tough one because I’m sure there are many variables for this. I have realized if a planet is say three times the size of earth it does not necessarily mean it’s three times the gravity.

So my question here is I have recently read, mainly from here.. Now I’m curious what would the estimated gravity levels be on those planets?

The ones listed are:

About seven times size of earth.

4.5 Times bigger.

3.6 Times bigger.

2.4 Times bigger.

These were listed as “Habitable”… I’m unsure if they mean by us or by native species on the planet so I’m just curious how much gravity might be on them and what would be the upwards limit humans can live with in terms of gravity. I don’t think I’d much like walking around on an alien planet with 2x gravity lol, I think it would be doable but it would be a pain in the gluteus maximus.

Thanks, hopefully the next gen telescopes like the James Webb Space Telescope will be able to help us identify more and smaller planets far more easier.
