If you’ve completed every Optional and Bonus Objective in a mission on day Easy and then complete the same mission on a higher difficulty, does the campaign stats showing your Optional/Bonus Objectives change to display which ones you’ve completed on the higher difficulty or do they remain complete???

No one can help???
Once you’ve completed them, it’ll tell you 3/3 completed. It won’t, however, tell you which ones you’re missing.

I don’t think you understand my question. 
I’ve completed every mission on Easy, along with every Optional and Bonus Objective, and wanna go through them on Normal but I wanna know if the stats screen showing my complete Optional/Bonus Objectives will ‘reset’ if I do so.

Once you’ve completed them, they’ll always show as completed. Replaying missions on different/same difficulties does not remove your completion.
At the end of each mission it will show you which ones you’ve succeeded on, but your “history of completion” will always show as complete!
