I’m having an impossible time getting Noble and Defiant maps in MM. Since the update, I have not managed to get one single match on one.
I’m wondering if there’s a thing I’m missing here in the playlists (I haven’t tried all of the new ones in the reorganized MM list) or… well, really what the deal is here. There’s some great maps on those other two packs, and to be quite blunt, I paid money for those maps, and they seem to be arbitrarily absent from MM.
Any advice, tips, etc?
have a party with people that have the dlc. the more people in your party with dlc the morelikely you are to get matched up with other people who have the dlc. other than that. get a full game of people or youre sol.

If you want to play on maps that you paid for then you have to head into matchmaking with a full party of players who purchased the map packs. Organize a group and search the right playlist where noble and defiant maps are in rotation. If you search alone matchmaking will try to find other players with DLC but it is not guaranteed.
The best, and only way to guarantee that the DLC maps show up (outside of Anniversary) is to play with a group of friends that have the maps as well. They’ll start showing up after that.
Otherwise, you’ll hardly being playing on the maps since hardly any randoms have bought them. You’ll get lucky sometimes but get used to playing Forge and stock maps before that happens.
Pro Tip: If you are looking to play on a specific MP Map and don’t want the other maps to show up for voting options, you can remove those map packs off your HD and download them later for no extra charge. This is useful as many of the DLC achievements are both map AND gametype specific.

EDIT: Aww, it’s just people boosting cheevies. I just wanna be able to play the maps I bought, y’know? Achievements be -Yoink!-, there’s some good maps on there I wanna use.
I often search with a full party of DLC owners but I have only had DLC show up twice in a hundred or more matches played since the August update.
The one time since the August update I played a DLC map it was Ridgeline Heavies against a Japanese team of eight and their redbar host. My team won but it’s one of those games you’d rather have your time back to undo the frustration of a neigh on unplayable match.

Sorry but nothing I do to help. 343i stole those from via the playlists, best advice is to get a full party to hopefully find them, your not a lone since many are annoyed at what they did.
