Will there be a custom games search list where players can choose to host or join a custom game made by other players or have players play on their custom made game?
Also halo 3 had a very simple and fun custom games record they were easy to make and you could always find people who would play with you, halo reach wasn’t as good as halo 3 was custom games wise.
Will custom games be easier to make and or have more options for making the game type and map spawn settings?

It hasn’t been revealed yet, but a lot of people are clamoring for it. Who knows? We’ve still got a few months between now and November!
As stated before, 343i hasn’t discussed anything remotely close to this topic, but it’s a feature that’s certainly asked for often. I’d love to see this feature, and I wouldn’t rule it out of the question, but I’d say it isn’t likely.
I hate to be a downer, but I really doubt Halo 4 will have a custom games search. Such a feature would detract from matchmaking too much. Without any sort of matchmaking, you would end up in lopsided games WAY more often.
The best thing you can do is join one of the many Halo communities and play customs with them. There is almost certainly a community out there which shares some of your interests. Start looking now and you’ll have some strong bonds and good buddies by the time November comes around. Best of luck!
