Will they be implemented into the game? You know, emblems that aren’t in Reach like the serpent, hawk, etc… If yes, will they also be added to Reach?

Nah, it’s just regular old Reach multiplayer with a few new maps. Whatever emblems are already in Reach are going to be in Anniversary, nothing moar.
I feel your pain though, I’ve had the same Hawk-emblem/color-scheme since Halo 2 and when I found it wasn’t in Reach I felt like I had lost a part of myself.

Same situation with me and the snake emblem 
I miss my Marathon emblem, but of course there’s no chance of that returning ever now -shrug-
