Alright, here’s the question: Can you fire the assault rifle and stay zoomed in, without it reverting back to standard vision, during Infinity CTF?
I have not tested this, but unless there is a glitch involved, you can’t.

Nope, the visor zoom automatically unscopes you once you fire your weapon.

If I were to believe the kill cams, there was one player who got two kills with said weapon while zoomed in, one being a headshot, and there were no indication of the player’s vision descoping.

Killcams are extremely buggy and never show accurate information in online games.
Don’t trust them.

Yup, I got accused of having an aimbot because of this.
I am shocked that the kill cams are still causing consternation. You can get an idea of why you died. I mean, the railgun doesn’t look like it was aiming at you because of what is OBVIOUSLY wrong information, but you can certainly tell that is what got you.
It did what it was intended to do, you just have to apply a little bit of discretion when interpreting.

This only works with the railgun as far as I am concerned. The AR cant be used while zoomed in.
