Hello I’ve tried searching for an email or any other contact information for 343 industries and was directed here from other forums and Microsoft support.
While I was cleaning the hard drive on my xbox one I came across the halo 5 multiplayer beta which I chose to delete but in doing so i deleted an, “advanced promotional rec pack” that came with it i was wondering if there would be any way to get it back where as the beta is no longer able to download again.
I think it’s gone forever sorry.
You get a req pack for playing the beta. Not for just having it on your system.
It could be saved server side, but if you already opened it, well, you already got the rewards it seems.
