Ok. My old xbox died slo my wife bought us the 4gb kinect bundle. According to 343 you can use an 8gb flash drive for the 8gb MP install. Well as most of us know, an 8gb labelled flashdrive only gives you 7.2gb of actual space. So will I among others w a 4gb slim, be able to even use an 8gb usb like 343 states? What is the EXACT size of the install? Thanks for the help guys/gals.
Disc two is only 4-5GB, it won’t take up the 7.2GB on the USB.
From what i heard its only a 4 gig install and if memory is your problem go and grab a 16 gig one for like 20 bucks
If I remember right mine took up around 3.4GB

$ IS the issue. We just bought the kinect bundle yesterday. It wasnt in the budget thats why i wanted to know if my 8gb would work as i dont want to waste any unnecessary $$ if unless i have to.
